Shred Day at Prudential Midlands! February 21st! Read post for more details!

It's time for spring cleaning again! Prudential Midlands Real Estate and Shred 360 will be hosting a FREE shred day on February 21st from 10-12. We are located at 7011 Garners Ferry Road in Southeast Columbia. Feel free to call 803-409-0830 for details. Such a great and safe way to get rid of all that extra clutter!

During the event will be collecting non-perishable food items for Harvest Hope. During the recent cold spell the food bank lost a major portion of it's food due to a burst pipe. They need all the help they can get to get their supply back up! See the link below for more information on the food items they need the most.

Hi Everyone! My name is Candy Limehouse. I have been a realtor in the Midlands area for over 20 years. Selling homes everywhere in the Midlands, from Lugoff to Lexington, and a lot in between. I am truly passionate about my career and my clients.

I grew up in the Carolinas and am happy to have called Columbia home for the last 35 years. I attended Hammond School and then went to Winthrop College and graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing. Following in the family business, I obtained my real estate license in 1990 in North Carolina and started my real estate career handling construction loans for real estate developers and builders, and then as a Real Estate paralegal and handled real estate transactions for two large South Carolina law firms. I finally found my calling as a real estate agent after seeing all the different angles of the business. In my first year as an agent I was awarded the Circle of Excellence honor and have been a multi-million dollar producer every year since.

My vast knowledge and over 23 years of experience with all facets of real estate make me an invaluable name in the Columbia Real Estate Market. I am proud to be a REALTOR and I manage Buyers and Sellers all over the Midlands, specializing in Southeast Columbia, Downtown, and Lexington.

My husband Chris and I attend Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and have 2 children, Trey (18) who attends the University of South Carolina, and London (7) who attends St. Joseph’s.

With any transaction I feel it is necessary to keep my clients educated and informed. Having knowledge and understanding truly makes for a positive real estate experience. My hope and goal for this blog is create a place for everyone to find honest and informative information regarding home selling, purchasing, maintaining, and the area I am proud to call home.
